STBA No Pay No Play Policy

Any player who has outstanding summer fees by round (4) or outstanding winter fees by
round (6) and has not organised a periodical payment plan is considered to be an unfinancial
player.
An un-financial player WILL NOT be able to continue playing basketball until such time as
they have made payment of their outstanding basketball fees in full including any late
payment fees imposed.
An un-financial player WILL NOT be able to play/participate in Carnivals/Tournaments until
such time as they have made payment of their outstanding basketball fees in full including
any late payment fees imposed.
The Club Administration Assistant will notify the parent/guardian directly then the Coach and
Team Manager will be notified that the Club has enforced the “NO PAY-NO PLAY” policy.

LATE PAYMENT FEE

A late payment fee of $20 will be charged to any family who has outstanding Basketball
Fees within one month of the due date and will continue to be charged for each month fees
remain unpaid.
The only exclusion to this fee is if the family has organised and signed a periodical payment
plan.
